Welcome: DZL SAFETY

Full body harness

Different working environments directly impact the design priorities, material selection, and performance indicators of insulated safety belts.

Manufacturers need to "make products according to scenarios," rather than using a single structure to cover all applications.

First, in live-line electrical work scenarios, insulation performance is the primary indicator.

Products must use higher-grade insulation materials and minimize or isolate metal components, such as using fully insulated D-rings or

adding insulating sleeves. Simultaneously, higher requirements are placed on withstand voltage levels and surface leakage current control,

and the structural design must avoid creating conductive paths.

Second, in fall protection scenarios (such as transmission tower and substation maintenance), the focus shifts to mechanical performance.

Safety belts need higher tensile strength and impact absorption capacity, such as configuring multi-point connections (D-rings) and shock

absorbers to reduce the impact force during falls. Higher requirements are placed on sewing processes and structural reinforcement.

In communication or base station maintenance work, workers often need to be suspended for extended periods or move frequently;

therefore, lightweight design and comfort are emphasized. These products optimize the structure of shoulder straps and leg straps to improve

breathability and fit, while ensuring safety, thus reducing fatigue.

For operations in complex environments (such as high temperatures, humidity, or coastal areas), weather resistance and corrosion

resistance are crucial considerations. For example, using UV-resistant materials, mildew-resistant webbing, and salt spray-resistant hardware

can extend service life.

Furthermore, in multi-purpose industrial scenarios, safety belts often need to fulfill multiple functions, such as positioning, fall protection,

and rescue. Therefore, functional designs such as tool attachment points and side D-rings are added to improve product versatility.

Therefore, manufacturers should develop products based on the specific needs of target industries (power, communications, construction,

etc.), considering four dimensions: insulation level, structural form, comfort, and environmental adaptability, to truly meet the safety and usage

requirements under different working conditions.
